How do I join the Junior/Probationary Program

Be at least 16 Years of age, and maintain good grades within School, and live within the Area of Chapmanville.

As apart of the Junior/Probationary Program what can I do?

The short answer is a lot, You'll train with the membership with our monthly Company Training, Hang out around the Fire Department learn basic and advance Firefighting Operations, Go to classes and get all of your certifications. You will also obtain all of the Community Service Hours you'd want. 

Can I hangout at the Station as Junior/Probationary Firefighter?

YES! You're allowed to be down at the Station as much as you want, You must maintain good grades within school, and have to go to school daily, and leave the Station at 10:00PM everyday.

What's the difference between Junior Firefighter and a Probationary Firefighter?

A Junior Firefighter is a Firefighter under the age of 18, and a Probationary Firefighter are Firefighters who are non certified or who recently joined with their certification. 

How long is the Probationary Firefighter time?

90 Days as a Certified Probationary Firefighter or until you get your Certification.
